HHH PARTIAL BOARD AGREEMENT

This agreement entered into on the _____ day of _________, ______, (date) between

__________________________________ (the Owner) of ___________________,

______ (city, state) and ________________________________________ (Shared boarder)

of ___________________, ______ (city, state).

WITNESSETH: HHH Ranch and any or all if its agents does hereby agree to shared use from HHH Ranch the ____________ (color) _______ (sex) known as ________________ (horse's name) in exchange for the sum of __________ per month to cover partial boarding expenses for the horse. The agreement shall be for a period of _______ months, beginning the _____ day of

_________, ______. (date) and partial board payments are to be due on the first day of the month.

In exchange for the shared use of the above-named ___________________

(mare, gelding or stallion) _________________________ (horse's name) during the period of this agreement, the owner does hereby agree to assume all responsibilities and to pay all normal expenses for the care of said horse consistent with the practices of good animal husbandry, including but not limited to worming, routine veterinary expenses, shoeing and/or trimming as necessary.  The shared boarder shall be responsible for any incidental vet expenses resulting from their actions while the horse is under their control.

Shared boarder warrants that he/she has inspected said horse and agrees to accept said horse in present condition. Shared boarder agrees to only use said horse on HHH premises and surrounding area and it shall only be trailered off the property with the owner’s consent.  If there are any time conflicts in the use of said horse, the owner has first option to the use of said horse as needed.

The title and ownership of the horse shall be and remain in the name of the Owner. Shared boarder shall not sell, mortgage, or encumber the horse in any manner whatsoever. Shared boarder shall not assign this agreement nor sublet the horse covered hereby.

Shared boarder shall be liable for any serious injury or death of the horse arising from negligence on the part of the Shared boarder or their agents. Shared boarder shall hold the Owner harmless for any injury to persons or damages to any property caused by the shared horse.

No modification of this agreement shall be binding unless in writing and executed by the parties hereto.

The undersigned Owner and Shared boarder accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and acknowledge a copy thereof.
